What do you need from me to start? expand_more
Admin access to your store (WooCommerce/PrestaShop/Shopify), access to your WhatsApp Business API (or we create it together), and the texts you want for automatic messages. I guide you through everything.

The DIY option can be ready in a couple of days if you dedicate time. The full service, in 3-5 business days once I have all access.
What exactly does the full service include? expand_more
The 3 automations (tracking, vacation mode, reviews), configured and working. Includes: connection to your store, WhatsApp API setup, custom message templates, complete testing, delivery video call (1h), and 30 days of support.
Is there a limit on orders or messages? expand_more
Not from my side. The limit is set by your WhatsApp API provider according to your plan. For stores with €5-20K/month, the basic plan is usually more than enough.
What if I need changes later? expand_more
During the 30 days of support, minor adjustments are included (changing texts, adjusting schedules, etc.). Major changes or after 30 days, I'll send you a quote or you can do it yourself if you have the DIY guide.

I use n8n (open source) for automations, hosted on your own server or mine. You have full access to modify whatever you want if you know how.
Can I modify the automations myself later? expand_more
Yes, you have full access. With the DIY guide or full service you receive documentation on how everything works. If you dare, you can modify it yourself.

With the full service you have 30 days of support included. After that, you can hire per-incident support (€50/incident) or a monthly maintenance package.
